End of week 5

I found this week difficult week to stay on track.
On Sunday I took Mr. D to see Kung fu Panda 2, my first 3D experience.
I knew going in that the temptation to have popcorn would be strong and it was.

I am disappointed with myself to say that I gave in and had popcorn and a drink. 
Weighing myself tonight, end of week 5, I only lost 1 lb this week.

24 pounds in total so far.  I should be happy but I lost 11 lbs in week one and want to see the weight coming off faster. 

Guess I just have to be more disciplined with the exercise.

End of Week 4 One Month In

Well one month in and still plugging along.  2.8lb weight loss this week which means that I have lost

22.8lbs in 4 weeks. 

Had to go buy a new pair of pants as my pants were falling down at work.  (2 sizes smaller)

Well on to month two.  I am thinking of the song.....I will survive.

The Bike

Well I did it.   I determined to start some exercise today..............start of week 4.
I got onto my bike right after work determined to do some biking.

I wanted to stop after only 30 seconds.  Yes, that is right, 30 seconds.  My knees ached, I huffed and puffed.  But I perservered and lasted a whole 8 and a half minutes.  Yeah for me!

End of Week 3

Yesterday I was finally able to meet my Coach Alicia face to face.  What a great meeting.  We seemed to connect right away.  We had a wonderful visit and I also got some ideas for spicing up my meals.

Well week three was a decent week. 
-5lbs 

Totals after three weeks:


-20lbs lost
-2.5"   arm
-2.5"   chest
-4.25" waist
-2"      hips
-1.25" thigh

I really feel the need to start adding more exercise.  As tomorrow starts week four I will start biking a bit each day.  I will try to bike a little longer and a little harder every few days.

Any good exercise tips?
