Well I did it. I determined to start some exercise today..............start of week 4.
I got onto my bike right after work determined to do some biking.
I wanted to stop after only 30 seconds. Yes, that is right, 30 seconds. My knees ached, I huffed and puffed. But I perservered and lasted a whole 8 and a half minutes. Yeah for me!

One minute at a time! You can do it! :)
