Today being a holiday day was a bit of a challenge.
Not so much with feeling hungry but with ordering my day.
I slept in a bit this morning (after being wide awake from 4:30 am to 6:30 am).
So then it was a challenge to have my breakfast (Peach/Mango drink)
and then find time to make a proper lunch. So I confess I had a Chocolate Peanut bar (Ideal Protein)
for lunch and didn't have my full veggie serving. (2 cups).
So for supper I am having a bit more than 2 cups of diced rutabaga with my slice of Xtra lean ham and my tossed greens.
Bible study tonight so I am going to take my 8pm snack with me. I think I will have a chocolate ready made drink instead of making it myself.
Trying to make this plan easy on myself.
First weigh/measure tomorrow night.
I know I have lost this first week but I am excited to find out how much.
